Call For Speakers
The Call for Speakers is open to anyone with a desire to share their knowledge, expertise, and passion with the Trailblazer community. We are interested in all Salesforce-related topics, including AI, administration, development, architecture, automation, extensibility, integration, management, and everything in between. Please note that as a community-driven, non-profit event, We Dreamin’ cannot offer any kind of compensation or cover expenses for presenters, so please keep this in mind when submitting your presentations. Thank you for all your efforts on behalf of the community and we look forward to seeing you in October!
Speakers
Learn from some of the most knowledgeable subject matter experts in the Salesforce community. Our speakers all share a commitment to community involvement and information sharing – they will gladly make time to answer questions, engage in conversation, and hear your thoughts. We often welcome first-time speakers and community members, so be sure to cheer them on and provide your feedback. We learn best when we learn from each other!

Asterisk Loftis
Asterisk has spent the last eight years specializing in designing for the Salesforce ecosystem. He has a deep knowledge of building and deploying human-centered experiences on the Salesforce Platform. Asterisk has worked closely with the Salesforce Design group to evangelize UX on the platform. He has become the face of Salesforce UX Design and is honored to be the first Salesforce Designer inducted as a Salesforce MVP.

Jon Anspaugh
Jonathan is an Enterprise Architect with 20+ years of experience leading digital transformation across Higher Education, Government / Municipalities, Non-Profits, and Fortune 500 organizations. He specializes in outcome-driven initiatives that align strategy, technology, and operations to deliver measurable business impact. During his tenure at Salesforce and Huron Consulting Group, Jonathan has directed multi-year, multi-cloud programs that modernize technology landscapes, streamline processes, and accelerate adoption as well as participating in the modernization and redesign of EDA & NPSP into the new industry cloud offerings found across the ecosystem today. His portfolio includes UNICEF International, MIT, Harvard University, Experian, Capital One, Boys & Girls Clubs of America, and the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Committee amongst hundreds of other clients.

Reid Brownell
Chief Technology Officer, Education Trailblazers Association
Reid previously served on the Salesforce Higher Education Advisory Council and co-led the Higher Education User Group. Known as “the OmniStudio guy” in the higher education space, he has spent the last year helping implement solutions that leverage new Education Cloud tools. He also co-leads a Salesforce Open Source Community Sprint project, reflecting his commitment to collaboration and innovation.
Reid is the Chief Technology Officer of Education Trailblazers Association, bringing years of experience from both higher education and the private sector. He most recently served as the Salesforce Enterprise Lead at the University of Oklahoma in Norman, Oklahoma. Prior to this, he held positions as a Salesforce Developer at the University of Oklahoma – College of Law, Technical Operations Specialist at Raster Masters, and Director of IT at Contemporary Cabinets.

Sanjiv Teelock
CEO and Founder, Xceede Solutions
Sanjiv Teelock is the CEO and Founder of Xceede Solutions. With more than two decades of experience in various industries spanning different roles, Sanjiv spends his time working with clients to solve key business problems using industry best practices, business processes, and technology. He is relentless when it comes to pushing the boundaries of innovation and improving the status quo.
With a passion for business planning and technology, he developed PLNR-Sales-Driven Planning, a native app built on the Salesforce Platform to help go-to-market teams meet or exceed their goals using a collaborative, continuous, and sales-driven approach to budgeting and forecasting.
Sanjiv obtained his Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Georgetown University and Bachelors of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from American University in Washington D.C. He currently resides in Dallas, TX with his family and is originally from Mauritius, an island in the Indian Ocean.

Paul McCollum
Director, We Dreamin'
Paul is a multi-cloud enterprise architect with 40 years worth of technology experience. An early adopter and technology zealot, Paul has amassed experience across many disciplines both inside and outside of technology. He holds the prestigious UX Master certification from Nielsen-Norman Group in User Experience and was awarded Salesforce MVP after 7 years of supporting the community with conferences like WeDreamin/OK and Architect Dreamin'(US) and creating connection spaces for everyone. Also an Author, Paul wrote a book for O’Reilly Media on Salesforce Enterprise Architecture to help Architects from outside the ecosystem understand the breadth of tools and their function. His 2nd book is in the works due in 2026.
