Transportation and Parking

We Dreamin’ Oklahoma does not offer transportation services, but there are numerous ways to reach us. Oklahoma City boasts a variety of public transportation options, including buses, shuttles, and streetcars, making it easy to navigate the city. Ample off-site parking is also available within walking distance of the convention center.

Visitors can enjoy the convenience of the Oklahoma City Streetcar, featuring vibrant green, blue, and pink cars that connect hotels, dining spots, and attractions across Downtown, Bricktown, Automobile Alley, and Midtown. Seven streetcars operate on two loops with different schedules six days a week. With 22 platforms along a 4.7-mile loop, you’re always just a short walk from a stop.

Taxis are readily available at downtown hotels and the Transportation Plaza at Will Rogers World Airport, accessible from the lower level baggage claim area. A typical fare from the airport to downtown OKC is around $25.

Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are also available.

EMBARK buses cover much of the Oklahoma City metro area, with popular routes running approximately every 30 minutes on weekdays and every 60 minutes on Saturdays. There is a parking garage and surface lot available to park at the Oklahoma City Convention Center. The current cost of parking is $10 per vehicle.

 

Accomodations

We Dreamin’ Oklahoma does not provide accommodations so please make your own arrangements. The Oklahoma Convention Center is a stand-alone facility; however, there are dozens of hotels and guest rentals in the local vicinity.

Dietary Restrictions and Allergies

We make every attempt to cater to the needs of all our attendees; however, we are limited by the options the facility has to offer. During registration, please answer the questions regarding dietary restrictions so we can provide the catering staff with accurate instructions. Should you find the provided meals incompatible with your dietary requirements, there are numerous restaurants within a few minutes walk with a wide and varied menu selection. Please note that We Dreamin’ Oklahoma is a public event in which numerous people will be in close contact with each other.
