Can I cancel my registration?
We understand that things happen and sometimes cancellations are necessary. You can request cancellation and refunds by emailing ryan.hoegg@gmail.com using the account created during registration. Please understand that some or all of the registration fees may not be refundable. It is very costly to produce an event like We Dreamin’ OK and the facility demands non-refundable pre-payment of most costs. If we cannot refund your feeds, we will happily reserve a spot for you at a future event or help you reassign your ticket to someone else. Please read our terms and conditions for more information.
I have dietary restrictions, will I be able to eat at the event?
We relate to this issue, as conference food has been a significant challenge for several of the organizers over the years who also have food allergies. We do our best to cater to everyone’s needs but are limited by what the facility has to offer. Please answer the dietary restrictions questions on the registration form and we will do our best to facilitate your requirements. If we cannot, especially for those who have contract allergies (like nuts and spices), please take the normal precautions. It is worth noting that there are numerous restaurants in the area who may be better equipped to cater to individual allergies and food preferences.
What accommodations are available?
The event location is a stand alone facility and does not provide any accommodations for attendees. However, there are numerous hotels and rentals available in the immediate vicinity. Please visit our Location page for more information.
How can I get to the event?
Our location is at 100 Mick Cornett Dr., Oklahoma City, OK 73109. Ample parking is available at the facility and in nearby garages for a fee.
What are the COVID-related health protocols?
At this time, the State of Oklahoma and the City do not impose any COVID-related health restrictions. Masks and social distancing are a personal choice. If you are traveling from another country, please check with your transportation provider regarding any travel-related restrictions for your country of origin.
Will sessions be recorded or available online?
No. All session and workshop content will be presented in person. Speakers may choose to share their presentation content at their discretion.
